A Revolution in Nuclear Energy

A Revolution in Nuclear Energy – Hope in the Climate Crisis
Modern nuclear energy can help us fight climate change.
Modern nuclear energy based on molten salt reactors:
- 100% safe
- Uses as fuel the existing long lasting nuclear waste reducing the storage time from 100,000 years to 300 years
- 400 years’ worth of fuel in UK at current demand levels
- As cheap as renewables
- No weapons grade by-products.
Don’t believe it?
Then come along to a presentation about the latest nuclear technology and find out how these claims are justified.
“Thinking Evening” via Zoom on Tuesday 2nd February 2021 at 19:30 for 19:45 start.
There will be a half hour presentation by Simon Johnson, a former reactor physicist, followed by questions. The presentation will gently lead us through the history of nuclear power and show you how the molten salt reactors solve all – yes, all – the traditional problems associated with nuclear energy.
All are welcome. Please let James Rowley know if you are attending via: email@example.com
We need real technological advances if we are to mitigate climate change. Find out about a technology that gives us hope.
